Common use of Street Division of the Public Works Department Teamsters and Operators Clause in Contracts

Street Division of the Public Works Department Teamsters and Operators. Roller operators shall not be required to work a regular shift which differs from the rest of the employees. The Employer agrees to furnish a locker for each employee. The Employer agrees there shall be either two (2) men or one (1) man with radio on all sanding and salting vehicles working in the following localities: Farview, Hillview Heights, High Park, Grant Creek and Rattlesnake areas. The Employer also agrees, when radios are used, the radios will be monitored.
