  • Meal Break a) Employees who work for more than five continuous hours are entitled to an unpaid meal break of 30 minutes each day.

  • Meal Breaks (a) An employee who works in excess of five hours will be entitled to an unpaid meal break of not less than 30 minutes and not more than 60 minutes.

  • TERMINATION BY MPS - BREACH BY CONTRACTOR If Contractor fails to fulfill its obligations under this Contract in a timely or proper manner, or violates any of its provisions, MPS shall thereupon have the right to terminate it by giving five (5) days written notice before the effective date of termination of the Contract, specifying the alleged violations, and effective date of termination.
