Store Operations. The Franchisee acknowledges that it is solely responsible for the successful operation of its «FRANCHISOR’S ▇▇▇▇» Store and that the continued successful operation thereof is, in part, dependent upon the Franchisee’s compliance with this Agreement and the Operations Manual.
