Common use of STORE FRONT Clause in Contracts

STORE FRONT. 1. Landlord shall provide the Premises storefront in accordance with the architectural theme of Landlord’s Master Plans (as defined in Section K 1 herein) and Peachtree Corners, Georgia zoning conditions. Landlord shall provide a minimum of one (1) EA 3’0”x6’8” glass storefront door. Storefront shall be designed with ¼" thick or 1” insulated glass (at Landlord’s option based on energy code calculations) and standard size aluminum storefront framing.
