Landlord shall provide the Premises storefront in accordance with the architectural theme of Landlord’s Master Plans (as defined in Section K 1 herein) and Peachtree Corners, Georgia zoning conditions. Landlord shall provide a minimum of one (1) EA 3’0”x6’8” glass storefront door. Storefront shall be designed with ¼" thick or 1” insulated glass (at Landlord’s option based on energy code calculations) and standard size aluminum storefront framing.
