Step One - Immediate Supervisor. 1. Any Employee having a grievance shall discuss the matter, informally, with his/her immediate supervisor, with the Employee's Union Representative present. If the grievance is not resolved orally it may be moved to Step 1, B-2 2. The Union then may submit the grievance, in writing, to the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources, stating the remedy or correction requested, plus the facts upon which the grievance is based and the alleged contract violation. The Employee and the Union shall sign the grievance.
