STEP ADJUSTMENTS. Effective upon each employee’s employment anniversary date, said employee shall be placed on the next greater salary schedule step except all time on layoff and each unpaid leave of absence in excess of fourteen (14) calendar days shall result in an equal delay in an employee’s movement to the next greater salary schedule step.
