Step 2: Superintendent. 1. If a complaint is not resolved in a conference between the affected bargaining unit member and his/her Service Area administrator, the grievant may invoke the formal grievance procedure, within ten (10) calendar days of the Step 1 meeting between the Service Area administrator and the affected bargaining unit member, by putting the grievance into written form (See Grievance Form) and delivering copies of the same to the Superintendent. The grievant may, at his/her option, deliver the written grievance to the Association for forwarding to the Superintendent. The written grievance shall contain the following: (1) It shall cite the section or subsections of this contract alleged to have been violated;
