Step 2: Superintendent. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Step 1, then, the grievant may file the grievance in writing with the Superintendent within five (5) days after receiving the response. Within five (5) days of receipt of the appeal from Step 1, the Superintendent or his designated agent shall arrange a meeting with the grievant to discuss the grievance. Within five (5) days after this meeting, the Superintendent or designated agent shall render a written disposition, transmitting a copy of the same to the grievant.
