Stay of Discovery. Consistent with this Agreement, the Parties agree to the stay of all discovery in the Lawsuit, pending the issuance of the Final Approval Order. Defendants represent and warrant that the payroll file provided to Plaintiffs during discovery and settlement are complete and accurate business records.

Stay of Discovery. The Settling Parties agree to a stay of all discovery as to Barclays, subject to the provisions of ¶¶ 22–27, below. The stay will automatically be dissolved if (i) the Court does not enter the Preliminary Approval Order, the Final Approval Order, or the Judgment, or (ii) the Court enters the Final Approval Order and the Judgment and appellate review is sought and, on such review, the Final Approval Order or the Judgment is finally vacated, modified, or reversed, unless the Settling Parties, in their sole discretion within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the mailing of such ruling to such parties, provide written notice to all other parties hereto of their intent to proceed with the Settlement under the terms of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Final Approval Order or the Judgment as modified by the Court or on appeal.
Stay of Discovery. The Parties agree that all discovery relating to the Released Claims is stayed.
Stay of Discovery. All discovery in the Action shall be stayed while final approval of the Settlement is pursued. On final approval of the Settlement, all discovery shall be considered withdrawn and of no further legal effect. In the event the Settlement is rejected by the Court, the parties shall meet and confer as to the appropriate deadlines and dates for pending discovery.

  • Reporting of Disclosures The MCP agrees to promptly report to ODM any inappropriate use or disclosure of PHI not in accordance with this Agreement or applicable law, including a breach of unsecured PHI as required at 45 CFR 164.410 and any security incident the MCP has knowledge of or reasonably should have knowledge of under the circumstances.

  • Liability of District 13.1. Other than as provided in this Agreement, District’s financial obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to the payment of the compensation provided in this Agreement.
