STATUTORY AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS. i) In the performance of its obligations under this Contract the Builder shall observe and comply with, and shall ensure that all of its employees comply with, all applicable laws and regulations, approved and international standards and codes of practice and with all official guidance on HSSE matters, in each case as current from time to time during the term of this Contract.
