Effective Date of the Agreement The date indicated in the Agreement on which it becomes effective, but if no such date is indicated, it means the date on which the Agreement is signed and delivered by the last of the two parties to sign and deliver.
Effective Date of the Contract The date indicated on the Contract or as otherwise specified therein.
EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONTRACT This contract shall not become effective until and unless approved by the City of Nashua.
Effective Date; Term This Agreement shall become effective on the date of its execution and shall remain in force for a period of two (2) years from such date, and from year to year thereafter but only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually by the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Trust or the Adviser, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and by a vote of the Board of Trustees or of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Fund. Effective Date of Coverage An eligible employee is entitled to benefits provided he is actively at work on the first day the Long Term Disability Benefit Plan becomes effective. An eligible employee absent from work due to sickness or accident at the effective date of the Plan, shall only be eligible for Long Term Disability Plan benefits upon the return to continuous active full-time employment for a period of more than four consecutive weeks. The Company shall have the right to give medical examinations to employees returning from such lay-off to determine their eligibility under the Plan.
Effective Date; Termination Section 6.01. The following events are specified as additional conditions to the effectiveness of the Development Credit Agreement within the meaning of Section 12.01 (b) of the General Conditions:
Effective Date of Agreement The provisions of the agreement will come into full force and effect on the date of ratification, unless specified otherwise.
Amendment of Contract Period The parties may modify the contract termination date by written supplemental agreement prior to the date of termination as set forth in Article 6, Supplemental Agreements, of attachment A, General Provisions, provided, however, that the termination date may, in no event, be extended past the fifth anniversary of execution.
Term/Effective Date This Agreement is effective upon the Effective Date and will expire on the 30th day of June, 2023, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
