EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY AND AFFIRMATIVE ACTION Section 6.1 The provisions of this Agreement shall apply equally to all employees in the bargaining unit without regard to age, race, religion, sex, color, physical or mental handicap, national origin, political affiliation, or marital status. GENERAL EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES 13.1 As the Board is a fair and equal opportunity employer, marital status, race, creed, religion, sex, age, national origin or number of years teaching experience shall not be made a condition of employment.
