Common use of Start-Up Clause in Contracts

Start-Up. (a) Xxxxxx Beaumont shall provide, subject to any applicable approvals of the Associations and the Client (as required), complete the Start-Up on the date specified in the applicable Program Schedule, or at such other date as may a date to be mutually agreed upon by Xxxxxx Beaumont and Client (the “Scheduled Start-Up Date”). To the extent that Xxxxxx Beaumont and Client mutually agree, the Scheduled Start-Up Date may be modified from time to time prior to Start-Up.

(a) Xxxxxx Mxxxxx Beaumont shall provide, subject to any applicable approvals of the Associations and the Client Distributor (as required), complete the Start-Up on the date specified in the applicable Program Schedule, or at such other date as may a date to be mutually agreed upon by Xxxxxx Mxxxxx Beaumont and Client Distributor (the “"Scheduled Start-Up Date”"). To the extent that Xxxxxx Mxxxxx Beaumont and Client Distributor mutually agree, the Scheduled Start-Up Date may be modified from time to time prior to Start-Up.
