Standard Operating Procedures. Within ninety (90) days after the ----------------------------- Effective Date, the Parties shall develop a set of standard operating procedures for responding promptly to medical questions or inquiries in the United States from members of the medical and paramedical professions and consumers relating to the Collaboration Products. In addition, the Parties will develop processes to train personnel of each Party to respond consistently to such questions or inquiries. For Collaboration Products in the ROW, GSK will follow appropriate standard operating procedures consistent with all applicable Laws.
