Common use of Standard Operating Procedures Clause in Contracts

Standard Operating Procedures. (a) for the collection and processing of notifications of environmental occurrences received by Saskatchewan under this Agreement, as well as for the transmittal of this information by Saskatchewan to Environment Canada; and

Standard Operating Procedures. (a) for the collection and processing of notifications of environmental occurrences received by Saskatchewan Yukon under this Agreement, as well as for the transmittal of this information by Saskatchewan Yukon to Environment Canada; and

Standard Operating Procedures. (a) for the collection and processing of notifications of environmental occurrences received by Saskatchewan British Columbia under this Agreement, as well as for the transmittal of this information by Saskatchewan British Columbia to Environment Canada; and
