Common use of Stage II Clause in Contracts

Stage II. If this decision is not satisfactory to the aggrieved employee, the grievance shall be made in writing, and signed by the aggrieved employee and/or a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and shall be presented to the Company by himself or together with the Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or Union Representative, within seven (7) days from the date of the decision under paragraph 8.03 above, and shall be dealt with at a meeting of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ committee and Management, and such decision shall be rendered within seven (7) days or within such further time as may be mutually agreed.
