Common use of Stage II Clause in Contracts

Stage II. If a resolution is not achieved in Stage 1 the Association may submit the grievance in writing to the Vice President responsible for the program or service area within five (5) working days from the date of the ▇▇▇▇/Administrator response in Stage I. The parties will endeavour to resolve the matter at this stage. The Vice President shall render his/her decision within five (5) working days.
