Staffing Rules for the Filling of Vacant Positions. (a) The Corporation will use the applications submitted from employees as of two (2) Fridays prior to the week in which staffing actions are initiated. In situations where a designated paid holiday falls on a Friday, the working day immediately preceding that Friday shall be used as the cut-off date.
