Common use of SS&C Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

SS&C Responsibilities. ‌ The SSC is responsible for: • Providing the services within this agreement as defined in "Section 6, Service Descriptions and Rates" • Supplying a monthly performance dashboard to all customers, available on the SSC website • Ensuring all business processes and procedures comply with state and VCCS policy • Responding to inquiries and requests promptly ( i.e., within time frames specified by service area under "Roles and Responsibilities" in "Section 6, Service Descriptions and Rates") • Providing all requested documentation, information, and necessary support as requested by internal or external audit organizations The SSC is not responsible for making policy. As needed, the SSC will work with the appropriate policymakers within the Commonwealth of Virginia and the VCCS on policy interpretation and application.
