SS&C Responsibilities. During the Term and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, SS&C shall, at its expense (unless otherwise provided for herein) perform the Digital Solutions Services as described in each Service Exhibit, including provision of all computers, telecommunications connectivity and equipment reasonably necessary at its facilities to operate and maintain the Digital Platform and the SS&C Web Site.
