Sponsor further represents and warrants for the benefit of drkoxx.xxx xxxt the Sponsor Advertising Content does not contain any material which is unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, obscene, threatening or defamatory and Sponsor is not an entity or an affiliate of any entity which engages in the manufacture or wholesale distribution of tobacco or tobacco products (such activities are collectively referred to herein as "Tobacco Industry Affiliation").
