Sponsor Marks definition

Sponsor Marks means any intellectual property provided by You in the promotion of an Event.

Sponsor Marks means individually or collectively the name and logo of any Sponsor(s) (including the Title Sponsor) together with all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, logos, taglines, slogans, graphics, designs, color schemes, trade dress, trade name and other marks associated with such Sponsor(s).

  • Life Time further agrees that any such Sponsor Marks remain the sole property of Sponsor.

  • FDA shall not take any action that is inconsistent with Sponsor’s ownership of the Sponsor Marks or that would impair Sponsor’s rights in the Sponsor Marks, and all goodwill and benefits accruing from use of the Sponsor Marks shall inure to the benefit of Sponsor.

  • Komen Affiliate shall not sublicense or transfer the use of the Sponsor Marks to any person or entity without the prior written consent of Sponsor.

  • Sponsor represents and warrants that it owns the Sponsor Marks and Komen Affiliate’s use of such marks in accordance with the terms of this Agreement shall not infringe on the rights of any third party.

  • It is Sponsor’s responsibility to inform Komen Affiliate of any changes in the Sponsor Marks that occur following execution of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Sponsor Marks

Sponsor Marks means the Sponsor’s marks set out in Part 4 of schedule 2;
Sponsor Marks means the Sponsor name, trademark(s), logo(s) and tag line(s) in the form provided by Sponsor to COMSOL for use under this Agreement; provided, however, that Sponsor, from time to time, may change the appearance and/or style of the Sponsor Marks.

Sponsor Marks means Sponsor’s name and logos, including any of Sponsor’s names and logo designs that Sponsor makes available to Event Operator in connection with its sponsorship.

Sponsor’s Designated Space: the space(s) provided to the Sponsor as part of the Sponsorship Benefits, as applicable. Term: from the date of this Agreement until the satisfaction of any post-Event obligations, as may be extended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. Termination Date: the effective date of termination of this Agreement.
