Specific Warranties Against Economic Interests. Consultant warrants and represents that neither Consultant, nor Consultant’s immediate family members, nor Consultant’s employees or agents (Consultant Associates) presently have any interest, directly or indirectly, whatsoever in the Property (Prohibited Interest). Consultant further warrants and represents that no promise of future employment, remuneration, consideration, gratuity or other reward or gain has been made to Consultant or Consultant Associates by Applicant or by any other party as a result of Consultant’s performance of this Agreement. Consultant promises to advise City of any such promise that may be made during the term of this Agreement, or for 12 months thereafter. Consultant agrees that Consultant Associates shall not acquire any such Prohibited Interest within the term of this Agreement, or for 12 months after the expiration of this Agreement. Consultant may not conduct or solicit any business for any party to this Agreement, or for any third party which may be in conflict with Consultant’s responsibilities under this Agreement.
