Flat Rates Clause Samples
A Flat Rates clause establishes a fixed, predetermined fee for specific goods or services, regardless of the actual time, effort, or resources expended. In practice, this means that the service provider or seller charges a set amount for a project or deliverable, rather than billing by the hour or based on variable costs. This approach provides both parties with cost certainty and simplifies budgeting, effectively eliminating the risk of unexpected expenses or disputes over fluctuating charges.
Flat Rates. (a) The following percentage increases apply on all driving flat rates, driving zone rates and driving spot rates excluding shuttles and incentives for each of the following periods: 6/1/22 - 9% 6/1/23 - 5% 6/1/24 - 4%
(b) Local Riders containing driving zone rates, flat rates and/or spot rates where a differential for the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) car has been provided for shall not receive the additional one dollar ($1.00) per car provided herein. Increases for shuttle runs and incen- tive rates will be worked out on a local basis.
Flat Rates. To the extent that the Parties agree upon “Flat Rate” payments for certain Services in the Attachments, the following shall apply:
7.1.1 Volaris shall pay to LHT the Flat Rate payment ***** or, if such Day is not a Business Day, on the last Business Day preceding such Day.
7.1.2 In the event that a Flat Rate is based on Flight Hours, the Parties shall agree upon a number of Planned Flight Hours and Minimum Flight Hours in the relevant Attachment. The monthly Flat Rate payment of Volaris shall be based on the Planned Flight Hours of the respective month.
7.1.3 Volaris shall supply LHT with the monthly Flight Hours and monthly Flight Cycles once per month.
7.1.4 In the event that during any given calendar year the actual Flight Hours are lower than the Planned Flight Hours, LHT shall credit to Volaris, on the following monthly invoice *****
7.1.5 In the event that during any given calendar year the actual Flight Hours exceed the Planned Flight Hours, Volaris shall ***** Volaris shall make such payment *****.
7.1.6 This Article 7.1 shall apply respectively in the event that the Flat Rate is not based on Flight Hours but on Engine Flight Hours or APU Operating Hours or any other recurring reference.

7.1.3 In the event that during any given month the actual Flight Hours are lower than the Minimum Flight Hours in accordance with Article 11.2.1 of the TCS Attachment *****.
7.1.4 In the event that Frontier fails to supply LHT with the actual Flight Hours by ***** following the month of services LHT shall be entitled to charge Frontier based upon the actual Flight Hours of the previous month, and LHT will make a reconciliation adjustment at the next invoicing date.
7.1.5 This Article 7.1 shall apply respectively in the event that the Flat Rate is not based on Flight Hours but on Engine Flight Hours or APU Operating Hours or any other recurring reference.
Flat Rates. A rate for a route from home to school service and return shall be established at the time the face sheets are posted for annual bid.
