Special Terms Terms defined in this Schedule 1 shall have the same meanings when used throughout this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms set out in the various Schedules, the Schedules shall prevail in the order in which they appear in the Agreement. For the purposes of the provision of the Services and any Goods, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail over any other terms and conditions issued by the British Council (whether on a purchase order or otherwise).
Extended Terms The Term of this Agreement may be extended by the Manager if the Resident applies in writing for an “Extension” in accordance with the Managers published policies about Term Extensions. Extensions are subject to availability. Priority will be given to Residents travelling from great distances, who demonstrate a special need, or who are enrolled in orientation or academic programs that begin early or continue beyond the Residence Term. Extensions may also be granted for any ‘Early Move-In’, ‘Late Move-Out’ or ‘Summer Residence’ programs offered by the Manager. Residents granted Extensions are subject to the fees detailed in Table 3. Any Resident found occupying a Room outside of the Term without approval from the Manager are subject to additional fees over and above those detailed in Table 3. Special Terms and Conditions It is the intent of TIPS to award to reliable, high performance vendors to supply products and services to government and educational agencies. It is the experience of TIPS that the following procedures provide TIPS, the Vendor, and the participating agency the necessary support to facilitate a mutually beneficial relationship. The specific procedures will be negotiated with the successful vendor.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 23.1 TRAINING: Service Provider shall train designated Bank officials on the configuration, operation/ functionalities, maintenance, support & administration for software, application architecture and components, installation, troubleshooting processes of the proposed Services as mentioned in this Agreement.

Amendment of Terms and Conditions 39.1 We may, by notice in writing, supplement, vary and/or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time and such supplement, variation and/or modification shall take effect from the date specified by us in the notice (which shall be binding upon receipt or deemed receipt by you). Such notice may be given to you through, or by publication of the supplement, variation and/or modification on, our website at xxx.xxx.xxx.xx.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT/TERMS AND CONDITIONS (a) This Contract integrates, merges, and supersedes any prior offers, negotiations, and agreements concerning the subject matter hereof and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
