Special Pay. (a) Contra Costa Trails and Roads and Trails Park Craft Specialists. Contra Costa Trails and Roads and Trails Park Craft Specialists shall possess a State of California Class A Driver’s License and shall receive a 5% pay differential. These positions shall not be eligible for any other Commercial Driver’s License Incentive Pay or Acting Driver Pay.
