This is required any time alcohol is offered for sale or served anywhere other than in a licensed establishment (such as a bar or restaurant) or a private place (such as a private office or home). Permits are available for purchase at the LCBO.

  • Actions Permitted without Express Authority The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the applicable Fund on behalf of each applicable Portfolio:
