Private Office. Following Company's termination of Executive's employment for reasons other than Cause, as defined in subparagraph 4.a., Company shall provide Executive with, and shall pay the reasonable costs associated with, a private office, an executive assistant, telephone services, and appropriate office and computer equipment, for a period of five years from the date of the Company's termination of Executive for reasons other than Cause.
Private Office. Some membership Agreements will contain occupancy of private spaces including private offices.
Private Office. As and to the extent made available to other employees of his position level, Employee shall have full and complete use of a private office at the EMS facility located in the greater Milwaukee area.
Private Office. The use of the private office known as suite is offered by the Broker to the Agent. The exclusive use of the suite is valued at a rate of per month. Broker will evaluate on an annual basis Agent’s contribution to the Brokerage to determine whether the Broker may charge a fee for future use of the suite. If it is determined that a fee shall be charged for continued use of the suite 30 days notice in writing will be provided by the Broker to the Agent.
Private Office. Following termination of employment of the Executive by the Company for any reason other than Cause, the Company shall provide the Executive with, and shall pay the reasonable costs associated with, a private office (in a location reasonably selected by the Executive), an executive assistant, telephonic services and appropriate office computer and other equipment for the lifetime of the Executive or such lesser period as the Executive determines in his sole discretion that he may require such private office, provided, however, that such reimbursement shall cease in the event the Executive violates the provisions of Section 11, regardless of whether or not such violation occurs within the two year period specified in Section 11. It is intended that the provision of such private office arrangement shall replace the private office arrangement that the Executive previously was entitled to receive from SBC Communications Inc.
Private Office. Both during Executive's employment with the Company and following termination of employment of the Executive by the Company for any reason other than Cause, the Company shall provide the Executive with, and shall pay the reasonable costs associated with, a private office (in a location reasonably selected by the Executive), an executive assistant, telephonic services and appropriate office computer and other equipment for the lifetime of the Executive or such lesser period as the Executive determines in his sole discretion that he may require such private office, provided, however, that such reimbursement shall cease in the event the Executive violates the provisions of Section 11, regardless of whether or not such violation occurs within the two year period specified in Section 11. It is intended that the provision of such private office arrangement shall replace the private office arrangement that the Executive previously was entitled to receive from SBC Communications Inc.
Private Office. Private office space at the shared Co-Office location mentioned in the Service agreement , including use of the facilities and provisions as mentioned in the Service agreement .
