Special Materials. If this Contract covers Materials that are manufactured specifically for the Buyer and the Contract is terminated or an Order is cancelled, the Buyer shall accept delivery of and pay for said Materials that have been manufactured and those still being manufactured, up to the date DSI receives the notification of the said termination or cancellation.

Special Materials. If this Contract covers Materials that which are manufactured specifically especially for the Buyer and the Contract is terminated or an Order is order thereunder cancelled, the Buyer shall accept will take delivery of and pay make payment for said Materials that have such Material as has been manufactured and those still such as is in the process of being manufactured, up to manufactured on the date DSI receives the notification notice of the said such termination or cancellationof cancellation is received by DSI.
