Employment Agreements Each of the persons listed on Schedule 9.12 shall have been afforded the opportunity to enter into an employment agreement substantially in the form of Annex VIII hereto.
Support and Counselling The Employer and the Union recognize that, where preventative measures have failed to prevent violent incidents, counselling and support must be available to help victims recover from such incidents.
Cooperation Agreement At the Closing, PCC and Buyer shall, and PCC shall cause PCC Parent to, execute and deliver the Cooperation Agreement pursuant to which Buyer, PCC Parent and PCC shall provide each other certain information and other assistance in connection with the collection, administration and/or satisfaction of certain of the Retained Liabilities.
Client Agreements Supplier will have a direct contract with, or provide its standard Product or Service terms directly to, Client, which will be enforceable solely between Client and Supplier, for all terms related to Client’s receipt and use of Products and Services (each a “Client Agreement”), other than the payment, risk of loss, and delivery terms that are contracted directly with Accenture.
Legal Agreement This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the LICENSEE using the Cryptovision Software and Cryptovision. By using the Cryptovision Software LICENSEE agrees to be bound the terms and conditions of the Agreement. If LICENSEE does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, it may not use the Cryptovision Software and, if applicable, it must return the entire unused package to the reseller together with the receipt for a refund. The Software may include or be bundled with other software programs licensed under different terms and/or licensed by a licensor other than Cryptovision. Use of any software programs accompanied by a separate license agreement is governed by that separate license agreement. Cryptovision is not responsible for LICENSEE’s use of any third party software and shall have no liability for the use of third party software
Student Agreement The acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Charter School network and the Internet are described in this “Student Acceptable Use Agreement." By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to abide by the provisions of the attached Student Acceptable Use Policy. I understand that any violations of the above could result in the immediate loss of electronic computing and may result in further disciplinary and/or legal action, including but not limited to suspension, or referral to legal authorities. I also agree to report any misuse of the Charter School network to school site teacher or administrator. Misuse can come in many forms but can be viewed as any messages sent or received that indicate or suggest pornography, unethical or illegal solicitation, racism, sexism, inappropriate language, and other issues described under the unacceptable uses in this Acceptable Use Policy. I realize that all the rules of conduct described in this Charter School Acceptable Use Policy, procedures, and handbooks apply when I am using the Charter School network. Agreement Copies The City and the Union will jointly select a printer to print copies of the final signed version of this Agreement. The City will pay for the number of copies it orders for use by City administrative personnel, and CWA will pay for the number of copies it orders for distribution to bargaining unit employees.
Legal Opinion The Agent shall have received the opinions of Company Counsel required to be delivered pursuant to Section 7(m) on or before the date on which such delivery of such opinion is required pursuant to Section 7(m).
SOW AGREEMENTS 6.1. If selected, the Contractor will sign an SOW Agreement with the Contracting Agency to provide the deliverables set forth in its response and at prices agreed by the Contracting Agency. Minimum support levels set forth in this SOW RFP and terms, and conditions from the Master Agreement, including Attachment C thereto, will become part of each SOW Agreement. Each SOW Agreement will be subject to review throughout its term. The Contracting Agency will consider cancellation of each SOW Agreement, as well as the Master Agreement, upon discovery that the Contractor is in violation of any portion of the Master Agreement or an SOW Agreement, including an inability by the Contractor to provide the products, support, and/or service offered in its response.
