Speaking on behalf of the group. The Executive Committee will select one or more members as spokesperson to speak on behalf of the Executive Committee about the Gondola Study to the press and other entities. No other member will speak publicly about the Study without agreement from the Executive Committee, and will refer to the spokesperson to answer questions from the public and the press. The spokesperson will not speak to any actions beyond the Study, such as future commitments. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Party may make public statements about the Study to the press and others that are consistent with information and materials previously made public, or that the Executive Committee has agreed may be discussed publicly, by other members of the Executive Committee.   • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
