Common use of - Speaking Engagement Clause in Contracts

- Speaking Engagement. A leave of absence may be granted with pay for a Member who has successfully completed his/her probationary period to speak at a conference, seminar or workshop provided a copy of the letter requesting the Member to participate is forwarded through the Member’s immediate supervisor to the Executive Officer of Human Resources.
