Spay & Neutering Sample Clauses

Spay & Neutering. All dogs except those sold explicitly as breeding dogs will be spayed/neutered prior to transferring possession to the purchaser, or completed by Purchaser by 6 months if not done prior. If purchaser does not provide proof of desexing, from a licensed veterinarian by 6 months of age, regardless of whether this agreement has been signed and returned by Purchaser, then Purchaser assumes costs of a Breeder Dog, which are typically two to five times the price of pet puppy. These fees are due to breeder immediately. Further, no health guarantee will stand in effect if the dog is not desexed and no proof is provided of such prior to the 6 month time period.

Spay & Neutering. Unless the Breeder has given the dog Full AKC Registration, the Buyer will engage a licensed veterinarian to neuter the dog by the age of nine months. To receive the dog's registration papers, the Buyer should send proof of neutering to the Breeder at the address shown at the bottom of this sales agreement.
Spay & Neutering. If any dog is spayed or neutered before the age of eighteen (18) months, any guarantees are voided. There will be no refunds or replacements of any puppies. We encourage not to spay/neuter the puppies before eighteen (18) months due to the fact that the puppies need to be intact to develop properly. Females should have at least two heat cycles before being spayed. Vets will recommend spay/neuter around six (6) months old to stop certain behaviors (heat cycles in bitches, leg lifting in males, etc). The only acceptable spay/neuter before the age of eighteen (18) months is in a medical emergency. If a puppy is spayed or neutered before the age of eighteen (18) months, we require you to get a copy of the certificate and forward it to us with a written explanation from your vet.
