SPARE BOARD. Employees must be available on an “on call basis”, 1.5 hours prior to the start of the shift and .5 hours after the start of the shift during the periods for which he is scheduled to spare board coverage. Schedule “D” Occupational Health And Safety Committee Structure Divisional JOHSC Concentrator Operations Crew Level Health & Safety Committees Concentrator Maintenance Crew Level Health & Safety Committees Yard & Rail Operations Crew Level Health & Safety Committees Yard & Rail Maintenance Crew Level Health & Safety Committees Note: One of the five (5) Employee Representatives from the Divisional JOHSC will be the Full Time Worker Health and Safety Representative. Letter of Understanding between Xstrata Copper Canada, Xxxx Metallurgical Site, and CAW Canada, and its’ Local Union 599. For the duration of the Collective Agreement, the Company and Union agree to meet quarterly by area to discuss contractors used as regular crew supplements with a view to reducing the number of contractors and associated costs. These meetings will take place between Management Representatives (2) and Union Representatives (2) in the following areas • Concentrator • Site services The meeting objective will be to: • review Contractors brought in to supplement crews, and • discuss upcoming requirements and potential opportunities to use existing Bargaining Unit members where practicable Letter of Understanding between Xstrata Copper Canada, Xxxx Metallurgical Site, and CAW Canada, and its’ Local Union 599. For the life of the collective agreement the Company will not implement a “flex” or a “cafeteria” style benefit program for employees.
