Specialized services means any program or service designed and operated to serve primarily individuals with developmental disabilities, including a program or service provided by an entity licensed or certified by the department. If there is a question as to whether a provider or entity under contract with a provider is providing specialized services, the provider or contract entity may request that the director of the department make a determination. Ambulatory surgical facility means a facility that: Is licensed by the state where it is located. Is equipped and operated mainly to provide for surgeries or obstetrical deliveries. Allows patients to leave the facility the same day the surgery or delivery occurs.
CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.
Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District.
