Bidder must have expertise in Providing Service Level Agreement (SLA) Services to Data Center which include Hardware Maintenance, HVAC Maintenance, Power Equipment and Network Equipment Maintenance. Already being shortlisted under Expression of Interest in which eligibility requirements of the SLA were mandatory, i.e. must be registered with Tax Authorities as per prevailing latest tax rules (Only those companies which are validly registered with sales tax and income tax departments and having sound financial strengths can participate); has valid Registration of General Sales Tax (GST), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) & National Tax Number (NTN); valid License from Pakistan Company has not been blacklisted by any of Provincial or Federal Government Department, Agency, Organization or autonomous body or Private Sector Organization anywhere in Pakistan (Submission of undertaking on legal stamp paper is mandatory), failing which will cause rejection of the bid; Has the required relevant qualified personnel and enough strength to fulfill the requirement of assignment. Conforms to the clause of “Responsiveness of Bid” given herein this tender document. Goods and Services can only be supplied / sourced / routed from “origin” in “eligible” member countries.
