SNI Participation in EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan Sample Clauses

SNI Participation in EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan. SNI Participants who have accrued, or were eligible to accrue, benefits under the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan immediately prior to the Distribution Date shall continue to accrue, or be eligible to accrue, benefits under the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan for the Transition Period. During the Transition Period, all benefits payable to SNI Participants under the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan shall be paid by EWS. However, SNI (acting directly or through its Subsidiaries or Affiliates) shall be responsible for any and all Liabilities and other obligations with respect to SNI Participants under the EWS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan during the Transition Period, and shall reimburse EWS for all such amounts paid by it to SNI Participants during the Transition Period.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.
