Slotting Procedure. When positions are being reduced resulting in employee layoffs, a slotting meeting will be held involving any employees who have the potential to be affected by such reductions. However, if positions are being changed and/or switched, the representatives from the BOARD will sit down with the Union Executive Board and determine a procedure for accomplishing this.
