Site Laminated Identification Badges. The Contractor shall provide laminated identification badges which include a photograph of the worker’s, laborer’s or mechanic’s face and indicate the worker’s, laborer’s or mechanic’s name, trade, employer’s name and employment starting date (month/day/year). Further, the Contractor shall require as a condition of employment on the Site, that each and every worker, laborer or mechanic wear the laminated identification badge at all times and that it may be seen by any representative of the City. The Commissioner may grant a written waiver from the requirement that the laminated identification badge include a photograph if the Contractor demonstrates that the identity of an individual wearing a laminated identification badge can be easily verified by another method; and
