Single Tax Lot. The Property consists of a single lot or multiple tax lots; no portion of said tax lot(s) covers property other than the Property or a portion of the Property and no portion of the Property lies in any other tax lot.
Single Tax Lot. The Premises consists of a single lot or multiple tax lots; no portion of said tax lot(s) covers property other than the Premises or a portion of the Premises and no portion of the Premises lies in any other tax lot.
Single Tax Lot. Each portion of the Land constituting real property consists of a single tax lot. No portion of said lot covers property other than the land in question and no portion of the land in question lies in any other tax lot.

Borrower shall use best efforts and take all necessary actions in order for the Unit to be designated and assessed, within as short a period of time subsequent to the date hereof as is legally possible, as a single lot with no portion of said tax lot covering property other than the Unit.
Single Tax Lot. No portion of the Property is part of any other tax lot and no property of another is included in the tax lot of any of the Property.
Single Tax Lot. The Marathon Key Resort consists of a single tax lot or multiple tax lots; no portion of said tax lot(s) covers property other than the Marathon Key Resort or a portion of the Marathon Key Resort and no portion of the Marathon Key Resort lies in any other tax lot. The Marathon Key Resort consists of one or more legally sub-divided lots.
Single Tax Lot. Except as disclosed in the Title Policies, each Property consists of a single lot or multiple tax lots; other than the GATX-Woodridge Property, no portion of said tax lot(s) covers property other than the applicable Property or a portion of the applicable Property and no portion of such Property lies in any other tax lot.

Based solely on the title insurance policy accepted by Mortgagee in connection with this Mortgage, the Property consists of a single lot or multiple tax lots; no portion of said tax lot(s) covers property other than the Property or a portion of the Property and no portion of the Property lies in any other tax lot.
