Common use of Single Point of Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Single Point of Interconnection. 3.3.1.2.1 In accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b) and the Arbitration Orders, upon request by RNK and provided that the conditions set forth in Subsections 3.3.1.2.1.1 and 3.3.1.2.1.2 are satisfied, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith an amendment to the Amended Agreement memorializing the terms, conditions and rates under which Verizon will provide a single point of interconnection at a multiunit premises suitable for use by multiple carriers:

Single Point of Interconnection. 3.3.1.2.1 In accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b) and the Arbitration Orders, upon request by RNK DSLnet and provided that the conditions set forth in Subsections 3.3.1.2.1.1 and 3.3.1.2.1.2 are satisfied, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith an amendment to the Amended Agreement memorializing the terms, conditions and rates under which Verizon will provide a single point of interconnection at a multiunit premises suitable for use by multiple carriers:

Single Point of Interconnection. 3.3.1.2.1 In accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b) and the Arbitration Orders, upon request by RNK Qwest and provided that the conditions set forth in Subsections 3.3.1.2.1.1 and 3.3.1.2.1.2 are satisfied, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith an amendment to the Amended Agreement memorializing the terms, conditions and rates under which Verizon will provide a single point of interconnection at a multiunit premises suitable for use by multiple carriers:

Single Point of Interconnection. 3.3.1.2.1 In accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(b) and the Arbitration Orders, upon request by RNK XO and provided that the conditions set forth in Subsections 3.3.1.2.1.1 and 3.3.1.2.1.2 are satisfied, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith an amendment to the Amended Agreement memorializing the terms, conditions and rates under which Verizon will provide a single point of interconnection at a multiunit premises suitable for use by multiple carriers:
