Common use of Single Coverage Clause in Contracts

Single Coverage. The School District will contribute for the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 fiscal years and thereafter, a sum of $17.50 per month toward the cost of the premium for dental insurance for individual coverage for each teacher working three quarters time or more, who is employed by the District, and who qualifies for and is enrolled in the District dental plan. The cost of the premium not contributed by the School Board shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction, effective one month after this Agreement is ratified.
