Common use of Single Coverage Clause in Contracts

Single Coverage. Effective October 1, 2021, the School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $568.00 per month toward the premium for individual coverage for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in a School District single group health and hospitalization plan.
