Common use of Single Coverage Clause in Contracts

Single Coverage. Effective October 1, 2021, the School District shall contribute a sum of not to exceed $568.00 per month toward the premium for individual coverage for each eligible employee who qualifies for and is enrolled in a School District single group health and hospitalization plan. The district reserves the right to make additional premium contributions for any individual employee to meet the health care affordability requirements of state or federal law.
