Common use of Simcoe County Clause in Contracts

Simcoe County. (i) Effective May 1st, 2010 - five dollars and ninety cents ($5.90) per hour; (ii) Effective May 8th, 2010 - six dollars ($6.00) per hour; (iii) Effective May 1st, 2011 - the amount of this contribution shall be increased to six dollars and ten cents ($6.10) per hour. (iv) Effective May 1, 2012 – six dollars and ten cents ($6.10) per hour.

Simcoe County. (i) Effective May 1st, 2010 - five dollars and ninety cents ($5.90) per hour; (ii) Effective May 8th1, 2010 - six dollars and sixty-five cents ($6.006.65) per hour; (iii) ; Effective May 1st2, 2011 - the amount of this contribution shall be increased to six seven dollars and ten fifteen cents ($6.107.15) per hour. (iv) ; Effective May 1, 2012 – six - seven dollars and ten sixty-five cents ($6.107.65) per hour.

Simcoe County. (i) Effective May 1st1, 2010 - five two dollars and ninety twenty-five cents ($5.902.25) per hour; (ii) ; Effective May 8th31, 2010 - six two dollars and thirty cents ($6.002.30) per hour; (iii) ; Effective May 1st2, 2011 - the amount of this contribution shall be increased to six two dollars and ten thirty-five cents ($6.102.35) per hour. (iv) ; Effective May 1, 2012 – six two dollars and ten forty cents ($6.102.40) per hour.

Simcoe County. (i) Effective May 1st1, 2010 - five 2022 – eight dollars and ninety forty-five cents ($5.908.45) per hour; (ii) ; Effective May 8th1, 2010 - six 2023 – eight dollars and sixty-five cents ($6.008.65) per hour; (iii) ; Effective May 1st1, 2011 - the amount of this contribution shall be increased to six 2024 – eight dollars and ten eighty-five cents ($6.108.85) per hour. (iv) Effective May 1, 2012 – six dollars and ten cents ($6.10) per hour.
