Simcoe County. (i) Effective May 1st, 2010 - five dollars and ninety cents ($5.90) per hour;
(ii) Effective May 8th, 2010 - six dollars ($6.00) per hour;
(iii) Effective May 1st, 2011 - the amount of this contribution shall be increased to six dollars and ten cents ($6.10) per hour.
(iv) Effective May 1, 2012 – six dollars and ten cents ($6.10) per hour.
Simcoe County. (i) Effective May 10, 2010 - six dollars ($6.00)
Simcoe County. The Parties agree to establish a sub-committee and commence the process of bargaining separate rates and other terms and conditions to apply for work in Simcoe County. The sub-committee shall be made up of a maximum of three (3) representatives of the Association and three (3) representatives of the Union. The purpose of the sub-committee shall be to engage in good faith bargaining to reach agreement on any variations to the existing rates and terms and conditions which are necessary to ensure that the unionized sector of the industry are competitive in Simcoe County.
