Common use of Signs and Auctions Clause in Contracts

Signs and Auctions. Tenant shall not place any sign upon the Premises or Building or conduct any auction thereon without Landlord's prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Landlord, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide building directory signage for Tenant in the first floor lobby. Tenant shall have the right to install exterior Building signage both in the front and back of the Building, with the design to be mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant. Said design is to be tasteful and fully integrated into the design of the Building.
