Common use of Signs and Appearance of Premises Clause in Contracts

Signs and Appearance of Premises. Subject to applicable zoning requirements, Tenant, at its expense, may install and maintain one outside identification sign, which shall be of an appearance that is mutually acceptable to Landlord and Tenant. Tenant shall obtain at its expense all necessary permits or governmental approvals for such sign.
