SICK LEAVE, INJURY LEAVE. 36.1 An Employee engaged by the week absent from his/her work on account of personal sickness, injury or accident arising other than out of and in the course of his/her employment shall be entitled to leave of absence without deduction of pay, subject to the following conditions and limitations:
