SHOWING. During the thirty (30) month period preceding the date on which the Term shall be scheduled to terminate or fully expire, Landlord, if accompanied by a representative of Tenant and subject to the rights of any subtenant not affiliated with Tenant, may show the Premises to prospective tenants or purchasers at such reasonable times during normal business hours as Landlord may select upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant, provided that Landlord does not materially interfere with Tenant's normal business operations.
