Common use of Shop Stewards Clause in Contracts

Shop Stewards. (a) The Employer agrees to recognize Union Shop Xxxxxxx(s) appointed by the Union for the purpose of overseeing that the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement are being implemented and for the purposes of presenting complaints and grievances to the Employer.

Shop Stewards. (a) 19.01 The Employer agrees to recognize all Union Shop Xxxxxxx(s) Xxxxxxxx appointed and/or elected by the Union for to represent employees in the purpose bargaining unit.
